Falak

Falak basmati rice is cultivated by caring farmers in the green fields of the Punjab in Pakistan, using carefully selected grains. Irrigation takes place with natural water, that descends from the snow-capped Himalaya mountains. It is this combination of selected grains, caring farmers, fertile Punjab soil and fresh Himalayan snow water that ensures the characteristic and unique aroma, long and slender grain, high nutritional value, easy digestibility and of course the divine taste of Falak basmati rice. After a meticulous cleaning process the quality will be checked to ensure each grain of Falak Basmati Rice is at least 7.4 mm long with intact tips. The rice that passes the quality check is then aged for a period of nine to eighteen months.
